Lincoln Homefinder is a scheme run by City of Lincoln Council in partnership with other housing providers including Housing Associations.

The scheme has been designed to make sure a selection of housing products as well housing advice is available for those seeking homes in Lincoln.

Lincoln Homefinder operates a choice based lettings scheme, which allows you apply for homes you are interested in. High standards of quality and service are maintained in the operation of the service.

In many cases demand for housing will be greater than supply.

Important News – The Property Shop has Moved!


In order to improve the services provided by The City of Lincoln Council, The Property Shop has moved back to City Hall Beaumont Fee, Lincoln. LN1 1DE.

The new opening times are 8.30am to 5.00pm Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. 9.30am to 5.00pm Wednesday and 8.30am to 4.30pm on Friday. The telephone number remains the same.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!! Please note that all Homefinder members are permitted to bid on properties in all bands. Members should consider their own band first as this will give you priority over other bands. However, should there be other properties in other bands that you wish to bid for please do so but be aware that your case will only be considered once the cases within that band, fulfilling the criteria have been considered.
